At Blest Bras we know you will love the look of the items you’ve purchased, but we understand that when it comes to lingerie it’s not always easy to find the right fit. If you’ve received an item from Blest Bras but it’s not exactly what you want, you can return the item back for a refund, within 28 days of receiving the original order. Return postage cost will be at your expense. If you’re sending it back to us because you didn’t get what you ordered or your product is damaged, get in touch with us to organise pre-paid postage. It is best to send your items back via registered or trackable post as we can’t be responsible for anything that is lost in transit.
When returning items please ensure the following:
- You return the item within 28 days of receiving the order
- The returned item(s) must be unworned, in original condition and all labels must remain intact as originally received
- You are not able to return items for exchange; all returned items will be automatically refunded on the same card as the original payment was made. If you want a different size, style or colour, you will need to place a new order
- For hygiene reason, please ensure that any brief, swim pants and one piece bathers have been tried on over your underwear
- Refunds will only be processed on the receipt of items in a satisfactory resaleable condition
- Clearance item(s) are not refundable – please choose carefully!
Online Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return your product for a refund please fill out the online Return Request form that is located within My Account under ‘My Returns’ prior to sending the item(s) back.
We will credit your original payment method once we have received the returned item(s), so long as it is in good condition with tags still attached and you have provided your original receipt.
Blest Bras does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
We regret that you’re not able to return items for exchange – if you want to change an item for a different size, style or colour, you’ll need to place a new order as all refund items will automatically be refunded.
Completing A Return Request Form Online
- Log into your Blest Bras ‘My Account’ and go to ‘My Returns’.
- Click on the ‘REQUEST NEW RETURN’ that is located at the top right hand side of the page and select the order number that contains the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Fill out the required fields and read the Returns Policy to ensure you have a firm understanding of the terms and conditions.
- Once you have click submit and you will then be directed to the Return Request Form. This Form must be printed and use the return address label on your delivery and sent with the items to our warehouse in order for you to receive your refund.
- Once you have sent your item(s) back to our warehouse, you will then receive email updates with the status of your return as well has being able to view the status within your Blest Bras ‘My Account’ at any time.
If you purchased your item(s) as a guest within our checkout process or received your item(s) as a gift, please print off the Return Request Form and fill in the required fields and send with your parcel to the online returns address listed below or use the provided return address label, along with your Blest Bras receipt. You will be notified by email the status of your return or exchange.
Before sending, please ensure all details on this form are correct. You will be notified by email the status of your refund.
