Thats why we offer you FREE exchanges. No tricks - we just understand that not every bra is the same fit even if it is the same size. Check out our policy below.
Our award winning customer service team is on hand to help answer any fitting enquiries at any stage of your shopping experience with us. All our customer service staff are trained to give advice over the phone and by email. It's fast and convenient and you have it all written down to refer to. Give it a try, you may be surprised just how easy it is!
If you request an exchange order, our team will assess the sizes and styles returned and contact you if we feel you may need a different size in exchange than the one you indicated on your form - it is all part of the excellent standard service we provide for you at no extra cost!

| FREE EXCHANGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA | Inside Australia
We will send out any items in exchange of your returned items free of charge.
This is an unlimited service. (Note: If the number of items requested in exchange exceed the number of items returned, postage will be charged for the extra items as per our standard postage rates.)
Outside Australia
Postage for any items requested in exchange outside Australia will be processed at the standard postage rate for orders. (See Postage Options for postage rates.)
All customers
Please note, any products with '-NR' at the end of the product code are non-returnable items. Please choose the size of these items carefully. The -NR codes generally relates to shapewear items or clearance items. (Note: 'Non-returnable' means that you can not return the product to us for either an exchange or refund.)
Returning any items to us is really easy whether you are returning your parcel from inside or outside of Australia. Simply complete the Returns Form and stick the returns address label provided in your order onto your parcel and pop it in the post! It's that easy.
» Please note you will need to pay the postage for any items you send back (usually only about $3-$5 depending on the weight of the parcel - check rates with Australia Post), however we will send any items you request in exchange back to you free of charge. We are sorry that we don't have a reply paid service anymore due to excessive fees from Australia Post for this service. Instead we have worked hard to keep our delivery prices low for you to make shopping with us both safe, easy and good value for money.

Exchange or refund for returned items?
Returned items can be either exchanged or refunded. Refunds can be processed back to your credit card or added to your Blest bras account as store credit. Please note postage charges are non-refundable.
How to tell if we have received your returned item
You can see if we have received your exchange or returned items simply by looking at your orders in the Member Centre. Simply 'Sign In', click on 'My Account' in the top right hand side of the page (above quick search). Once in the Member Centre, open your orders to check the status of the item you are looking for - Easy!

| HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM | Simply fill out your Returns Form and enclose it in the parcel with your product you are sending back to us for exchange or return. Note: You don't need to contact us before you send your item back.
The Returns Form is on the back of your invoice enclosed with your parcel.
You can use the same box to return your goods to us. We have designed our parcel boxes especially to be sturdy enough for this. However it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is securely sealed and in good condition before you post it to us. If your parcel does not get back to us in one piece we can not take responsibility for any items that may be damaged or missing.
Note: You will need to pay postage for your returned items. Any items that are returned to us without sufficient postage (i.e if you send it marked 'return to sender' or 'reply paid') will incur a postage fee. A minimum of $10 will be deducted from your refund which will cover the postage and administration fees for items returned with insufficient postage.
When you are returning items please ensure the following:
• All returns and exchanges must be received within 28 days of despatch as shown on the invoice. (Invoice Date)
• Products must be unworn, in original condition and all labels must remain intact as originally received.
• Products with '-NR' at the end of the product code are non-returnable.
• Enclose the completed Returns Form
• Ensure all parcels are securely sealed before posting.
• Do not use courier companies to return your parcel to us.
If the returned items do not conform to the above standards, a refund or store credit will NOT be issued and a exchange order will not be accepted.
»Any returned items that do not comply with our returns policy that that are requested to be returned will incur a further postage fee. Returned items that do not meet the returns policy will only be held for 28 days from date of notification (i.e. the date we email, write to or phone you) upon which they will then be donated to a charity.
