We know sometimes you need some things more urgently than others. If you would like any items that are available for despatch sent separately, you can request a Split Order. A surcharge of $5.95 for standard post and $8.95 for Express Post will apply. Request your Split Order as you pass through the checkout - you will be offered this service as a 'tick box' option as you proceed with your order. Note: Split Order service can be used for deliveries within Australia only.
You can keep track of your order progress through our online store. Simply 'Sign in' and go to 'My Account' then view your orders in the Member Centre. You will be able to see what items are in stock and what items in your order we are waiting for from the suppliers. If you would like any items that are available for despatch sent separately, you can request a split order. (See above for more information on this service.)
All our Australian orders (and insured International orders) will have a tracking number, so you can track your parcel to see where it is. Your tracking number will be available for you to view in our online store in the My Account/Member Centre – Orders section. Once you have your tracking number, simply call Australia Post services on 13 13 18 and follow the prompts to track your parcel. If you have any questions about tracking your parcel call AusPost on 13 13 18. (International orders visit auspost.com.au to track your order.)
