| BLEST BRAS - SAFE SECURE DELIVERY GUARANTEED WITHIN AUSTRALIA | We are proud to guarantee delivery of parcels by our standard post option in Aust. As much as Australia Post try to deliver all parcels, as we all know some will inevitably go missing. So many people think ‘It won’t happen to me’ or ‘It has been fine so far’. However it only needs to happen once and you will loose your money – and it can happen to you. This is why we have tracking on all our parcels delivered in Australia and guarantee the delivery of all parcels to make it safer for you - if it does not get to you we will replace it FREE of charge.

You’re in control! All our Australian orders (and insured international orders) have a tracking number, so you can track your parcel to see where it is. Your tracking number will be available for you to view in our online store in the My Account/Member Centre – Orders section. Each despatch we send you will have a unique tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, either track your parcel on http://ausposttracking.com.au or call Australia Post services on 13 13 18 and follow the prompts to track your parcel. If you have any questions about tracking your parcel call AusPost on 13 13 18.
A safer delivery system with no delays. A signature will be required on delivery of the parcel. This will not delay the receipt of your Blest bras order. All our orders are beautifully wrapped and packaged in recyclable packaging for you at no extra cost. Our parcels generally will not fit in a traditional style letter box. Australia Post are never allowed to leave parcels at your door, so if you are not home and Australia Post try to deliver your parcel, whether it requires a signature or not, they should never leave it at your door. Each item will have a unique estimated despatch time. Estimated despatch times can be seen as you hover over the stock availability grid on the individual product page. It is also shown next to the product in your shopping bag. Click here for more information on the stock availability grid.
When you place your order with us, you will receive an email from us thanking you for your order and reminding you of the estimated despatch times for each item on that order. We will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays on any items in your order.
Orders will be despatched when all items on the order are available for despatch. An auto-generated email will be sent to you informing you of the despatch. If you would like any items that are available for despatch sent separately request a Split Order service. (See below for more information on this service)
Please note despatch times are often dependent on receiving deliveries from our suppliers. We are reliant upon the suppliers for stock availability information and delivery. We always do our best to keep you updated as the information comes to hand.
Split Order service We know sometimes you need some things more urgently than others. If you would like any items that are available for despatch sent separately, you can request a Split Order as you pass through the checkout. A surcharge of $5.95 for standard post and $8.95 for Express Post will apply.

| KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDER ONLINE - IT'S EASY! | You can keep track of your order progress through our online store. Simply sign in and go to 'My Account' then view your orders. You will be able to see what items are in stock and what items in your order we are waiting for from the suppliers. If you would like any items that are available for despatch sent separately, you can request a split order. (See above for more information on this service.)

Please carefully complete your delivery address details as you go though the checkout. Each order you place with us will have a unique delivery address.
Changing your details You can change your details at any time through our online store. Simply Sign in and then go into 'My Account' to edit your details registered with us in the Member Centre. You can edit details including your name, address, email and contact phone numbers.
Change of delivery address of an 'Active order' (one that has not been sent yet). If you have an order in progress in our system and need to change the delivery address to that order, you will need to contact our customer service team directly. Note: Changing your address online will not change a delivery address for an order already submitted. To change a delivery address of an order in progress, please submit your change of delivery address to us in writing, via letter, fax or email, indicating which order it relates to. Receiving the delivery address in writing will reduce the margin for error and therefore increase safe delivery of your parcel.

| ORDERS TO BE SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA | • Orders to be delivered to an address outside Australia may be subject to that country's import duty or tax. Check with the local authority in that country. • Items sent outside of Australia are not subject to GST, but the GST amount is added to help cover the international postage and handling costs. • Unless the Insured option is selected - items sent overseas cannot be tracked. An Australia Post Tracking Number is only provided for items delivered within Australia.

| Important reminders...... | » Blest bras can not accept responsibility for any items misplaced by Australia Post unless a postage option requiring a signature on delivery has been requested. » By selecting a postage option that does not require a signature on delivery you agree to the Blest bras delivery terms and conditions and as such you agree to accept full responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel. » Orders requested to be sent by Express Post will reduce the postage time in transit with Australia Post after despatch. (Express Post will not reduce despatch times.) » If you request a cancelation of your order before the advertised estimated despatch time elapses, a $10.00 cancelation fee per item will apply.
